The application window will close promptly at 11:59pm on Tuesday November 23rd, 2010. The RET Vendor List Application Website will no longer accept new registrants to the application process or application submissions at this time.
Note: Depending on the products and/or services a vendor intends to offer, and a vendor’s current standing with respect to the RET Vendor List qualification criteria, gathering and submitting the information necessary to qualify for the RET Vendor List may take anywhere from 3 hours to 3 weeks.
Application Process for Existing RET Vendors
RET Vendors who qualified for the RET Vendor List during the first application window and are still on the RET Vendor List to date do not need to re-register in order to add products or services to their existing product/service offering. Please submit a request using the My RET Vendor Messaging Center and the RET Vendor List Team will provide you with the guidance needed to qualify your company with respect to that product or service.
Step-By-Step Instructions to Apply to the RET Vendor List
Step 1
The first step to applying to the RET Vendor List is making sure that the products and/or services you offer fall within the scope of the RET Vendor List initiative.
1. Do you supply or manufacture any of the following components for any of the accepted renewable energy technologies?
*Modules: cells contained within a supporting apparatus, complete with electrical harness and mounting capability
2. Do you install or act as a single point of contact contractor for the installation of any of the renewable energy technology components mentioned in the question above?
If you answered yes to either or both of the questions above, then you are ready to move onto the next step in the application process.
Note: Companies that strictly supply consulting services, or strictly supply/manufacture and/or contract/install components not listed above, are not eligible for the RET Vendor List.
Step 2
Once you have determined that you offer the necessary products and/or services to qualify for the RET Vendor List, the next step is to determine if you currently meet, or are willing to meet, the criteria necessary to qualify for the RET Vendor List. You must also agree to the Vendor Application Agreement.

Step 3
If you are willing to meet all of the criteria necessary to qualify for the RET Vendor List under your intended product/service offering, the next step is to register with the RET Vendor List Application Website. Registering with the site will allow you to complete and submit an application to qualify for the RET Vendor List. Follow the Registration Instructions in order to successfully complete this step.

Step 4
The next step is to fill in and gather the required information, and then submit your application. Follow the Application Instructions in order to successfully complete this step.

Step 5
The last step in applying to the RET Vendor List is to await the result of your submission. If you have successfully qualified for the RET Vendor List, you will be notified through the My RET Vendor Messaging Center, and will be given access to the RET Vendor List. In the event that your submission is successful and you have qualified for the RET Vendor List, you must agree to the Vendor Listing Agreement.
